Defying GravityLike hardship was your trampoline, your tenacity was your elasticity. Pressing down on your goal unseen, you slipped the grip of gravity, and now you're in the atmosphere. Hope's reborn, goodbye to fear, for triumph's gift is that of knowing, God grace with you is ever-flowing. ~ My friends and fellow artists, by my 53rd birthday the day after tomorrow, I will have overcome gravity by the loss of 55 pounds, and though I may not be as fit as the ladies in the martial arts video below, I have more energy and a new encouragement in my spirit.
